1. Consent to Record
I, the undersigned, voluntarily agree to appear as a guest on Beautiful You Coaching Academy Private Podcast. I understand that the interview will be recorded, edited, and published across various platforms, including but not limited to streaming services, social media, and the Academy website.
2. Grant of Rights
I grant the podcast host and production team the unrestricted, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display the recording (in whole or in part) for any lawful purpose, including promotional use, without compensation.
3. Ownership
I acknowledge that the final podcast episode, including all associated media, is the intellectual property of the podcast host. I do not retain any rights to the editing, distribution, or monetisation of the content.
4. Use of Name and Likeness
I authorise the host to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the podcast and its promotion.
5. Use of Media Assets
I agree that any graphics, videos, audio clips, or promotional materials (“media assets”) provided by the podcast will be used solely for the purpose of promoting my appearance on the podcast. I agree not to alter, crop, rebrand, remix, edit, or repurpose any of these media assets. Any use must preserve the original formatting, branding, and credits.
6. Guest Content Responsibility
I affirm that I will not knowingly provide any defamatory, confidential, proprietary, or infringing content. I release the podcast host and team from any liability arising from the use of such content.
7. Promotion
Upon provision of media assets I agree to share with my audience my podcast appearance to promote my episode.
8. Entire Agreement
This release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, whether oral or written. This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
