Stephanie MacKinnon

COACHING BIO

Stephanie used to lose herself in her work, feeling like there was never enough time or that she was always behind. She wrestled with burnout, lack of boundaries and guilt for taking time for herself. Her thoughts about the future often got stuck in cyclical loops rather than tangible actions. Through intentional work, she’s made it a priority to fill her own cup and support others from a place of abundance. Stephanie is passionate about supporting clients to make this transition for themselves: from guilt-ridden inaction, to sustainably moving forward with clarity, confidence and joy!

CLIENTS

Stephanie supports big-hearted humans to love, care for, and truly listen to themselves in the ways they instinctively do for their loved ones. After working together, her clients feel a greater sense of connection to themselves and their true desires. Clients note a significant increase in their confidence to move toward their desires and ease in saying ‘no’ to what is no longer serving them.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“I have really come to value spending time journaling and giving voice to my inner self. I am less frustrated, less overwhelmed, and more relaxed because my inner voice is not fighting and wrestling for space. In other words, it feels like my inner world is more connected with my outer world. Pursuing your goals is a process, but it’s now one that is enjoyable and fulfilling since the coaching series.” – Kelsey

“I left the coaching series knowing that I had the confidence and skills to break out of this cycle, reclaim that time and mental space and direct it towards things that are important to me.” – Jacinta
