Riki Deale

COACHING BIO

Riki Deale is the Real Deal Mum and has a heart for mums. She’s a Life Coach who helps busy mums to ditch the mum-guilt and feelings of being overwhelmed to enjoy life again. Because so often mums are the glue that holds the whole family together, yet we lose our sense of self when we become mums. Riki supports mums to figure out their own values, purpose, priorities, needs and wants. And then to realign their lives to reflect that. Or sometimes just assist with proven strategies, systems, routines and boundaries. Her signature program includes: Permission, Purpose, Planning and Play.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“With Riki’s help, I was able to voice my anxieties, frustrations and desires. She is an exceptional listener and was able to portion my feelings and needs into bite-sized chunks. I was amazed at the progress we made, and I was able to reach the goals we set in place.” – Lisa

“Riki helped me catch my breath long enough to step back and look closer at my world – my children, my marriage and myself. It turns out I didn’t need to understand or fix my kids, my parenting or my marriage at all. I needed to understand myself better. Riki helped me dig down into the gritty depths of myself and figure out what I need on a soul level.” – Amanda
