CLIENTS

Lavinia supports women with low self-belief to break the cycle of the unfulfilled and resentful mother, and to no longer unconsciously parent like their parents. She helps them to understand the influence past traumas are having on their present, and to process and integrate these so that they can stop history repeating itself and become the mothers, wives and women that they choose to be.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“I surprised myself the most during the series by my ability to nurture my ‘inner child’ (after feeling like she was a burden) and to heal old wounds that I thought I had already ‘dealt with’ in past counselling sessions. I saw how many habits and beliefs I was still carrying from my childhood and how good I’ve been at ‘intellectualising’ these, rather than feeling and healing them. My husband said that I’m now “a million miles” from where I was – I’m more grounded, more present, more aware of my needs, and more likely to fill my space in the room. I am kinder to myself, and I am learning to respect myself!” Leanne Thurston
