Having experienced burnout, anxiety and depression while climbing the corporate ladder, Georgina understands that exhaustion is not a badge of honour and is committed to helping women reclaim their innate sense of vitality. She fuses practical action and accountability with a passion for movement, mindfulness and meditation, to create a holistic experience that feels both transformational and fun.
