Diana Braybrooke

COACHING BIO

Diana is an anxiety life coach, mind detox practitioner and teacher who helps anxious women say ‘yes’ more to life. She knows what it feels like to be in a place of darkness – to not know yourself and where your inner light went – and how to move forward once you come out the other side. With a background in education, Diana knows how to guide you into a deep acceptance of who you are, while providing heart centred tools to manage your anxiety. When she’s not helping women who experience anxiety, she’s writing poetry, dancing with her toddler and savouring an artisan coffee at a hipster cafe.

CLIENTS

I help women experiencing anxiety to get more connection, clarity and calm into their lives. They want to know how to work alongside of their anxiety so they can move forward excitedly with their goals. As a mind detox practitioner, I guide women to where they wired in anxiety so they can reprogram a new way of thinking to help alleviate anxiety, elevate health, and nurture their soul.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“Diana, you always surprised me with questions that would lead to another point of view that I did not even know existed. You blew my mind so many times with deep notions to think about! I think you have the right amount of intuition and compassion in your coaching practice.” – Amy McIntosh

“My loved ones have noticed changes since coaching with Diana. I have noticed that I am more able to deal with stressful situations and to just give myself a bit of a break, enjoying the little things in life. As a result, I resigned from my job, facilitating an opportunity to focus on enjoying my kids and my health.” – Rebekah Curnow
